How many days are necessary to complete the Portuguese Way?
Depending on the starting point of your itinerary you will need more or fewer days so that you can have an idea if you wish to complete the Camino Portugues from Lisboa you would need 28 days taking into account the travelling time from your country. How many stages does the Portuguese Way have?

There is another route of the Portuguese Way called the Camino Portugues por la costa / Coastal Camino Portugues and as its name suggests this route goes along the coast of Portugal, it starts in Porto and merges with the Camino Portugues of the interior in Redondela. This variant passes by the Portuguese litoral through places such as Povoa de Varzim, Viana do Castelo and Baiona. This quiet itinerary is perfect if you want to walk by beaches and cliffs and it is the perfect match if you wish to complete an easy trail with low difficulty.
